Quick creator steps
- Open Account > Paid Attention on the site and switch the feature on.
- Choose Stripe, PayPal, or Other and paste the payment URL you created in your own payment account.
- Set your public price label, button text, message allowance, expiry, and rules.
- Use the return URL helper exactly as shown in the Paid Attention tab.
- When a buyer says they paid, check the reference code and payer details in your payment account before approving the session.
Stripe no-code setup
Inside Stripe, create a product like Paid Question or Paid Attention, set the one-time price or subscription price you want, then create a Payment Link for it. In the Payment Link settings, set the after-payment redirect to the return URL shown in the creator tab. Paste the finished Stripe link into the Payment URL field on the site.
PayPal no-code setup
Inside PayPal, create a payment button or payment link for the amount you want to charge. If PayPal gives you a return URL or thank-you URL setting, point it to the return URL shown in the creator tab. Paste the PayPal link into the Payment URL field on the site. Because PayPal link types vary, manual verification with the reference code is especially useful there.
Other gateways
Most gateways can work in manual mode if they provide a shareable checkout URL and either a return URL, memo field, note field, or visible payer details. If the gateway lets the buyer add a note, ask them to include the Paid Attention reference code there so the creator can match the payment to the site session.
