I can sort of say it because I don’t have children of my own. My brother has some amazing kiddos, but they’re as close as they get to “my children”. I call them “our children” as in our family’s children. They’re amazing.
I’m writing this because not very many people can, and it fully challenges any false claims of True Emotion Mirrors or Twin Flames, because you’ll know – and you can always deny this part out loud if you want to… Buuuuut… Maybe at least confess it to your TrEmoR.
The truth is this. You WANT your True Emotion Mirror to be more in love with you than their/your children, don’t you? YOU WISH you could feel deeper feelings toward your lover than your child, maybe, maybe you don’t. But if you’re a half-decent parent, you want your children at least to love their partner more than they love you, for sure. And to make your child free to love that person, it’d be great if you loved someone more than you love your child. That’ll make your child’s life easier and nicer.
You can’t stay with your children forever; they wouldn’t want you to, so the good news is that there is a person who will trump that feeling – somewhere. That said… That doesn’t mean, I want to stress, at all, that you wouldn’t love your child like crazy, not at all. Or that you wouldn’t save your child first, given the choice. (Also, I don’t know if you would.) But I’m saying… This part of this connection is not something many people admit to, given how we feel about children and their position in your life. But.
The way I see it, parents are each other’s number one, and their children come in as your mutual number one, as it should be. You, as a couple (soup) with your True Emotion Mirror(s) are supposed to be an unbreakable unit. Your children will break away, right…
Why I’m writing this… I am making some bold fucking claims in this blog. There’s this question. It’s a big big thing to say that you believe to be someone’s True Emotion Mirror (or Twin Flame). If this is true for you, well. Then, maybe I am more to you than just a great f….
I know in my previous lifetimes I’ve had both my TreMoRs and children. In this one, I didn’t want to have children. I don’t want them to get in the way. Also, I had twins with the Yellow King in the 1800’s, and they died in a fire. The devastation was insane. I cried, tho. When I lose my True Emotion Mirror, I have no tears. I’m not alive anymore, and there is nothing or noone to make it better. Why cry when there’s nobody to turn to? When you lose a child with your True Emotion Mirror, there’s someone still left. It’s worth crying, but I don’t know if having them is worth the possibility of losing them in a horrible way. You’ll also lose your True Emotion Mirror somehow. Sometimes in a terrible way. But… They are still worth the risk. Maybe it’s a trauma I haven’t gotten over just yet. Maybe another lifetime, but, in the meanwhile, I need my TrEmoRs, and them alone.
You all don’t need to say anything. 🙂
