As a certified life coach for over a decade, it is hard to get over the habit of coaching. Mind you, I am an author of a psycho-spiritual theory, but not a licensed therapist or a psychologist. My knowledge comes from spiritual practise, personal experience, observation, and intuition.

My “Twin Flame” claims are to be taken as “my experience” of hearing voices, being in a potentially imaginary relationship with famous and unknown men, which MAY BE my insanity, but the experience of it is real. I describe the experience of it, not a fact of what is indisputably our genuine relationship. I may believe that it is, but I also understand rationally I may be batshit insane.

All posts, unless otherwise stated, are 100% written by me, Sebastyne (with a grammar checker). Even the theories the posts mostly lean on are developed by myself (pre AI), but are often mappable to already excisting psychological or spiritual theories, given the truth is what the truth is, and many people have tried to figure it out, sometimes coming to the same or similar conclusion as I.
